Participation in the Accor 2022 Competition
METHODOLOGY: After a SOCIOLOGICAL STUDY (interviews, observations, historical, economic, and social monitoring) of the neighborhood and the city of St-Nazaire, identify the strengths and challenges and understand the real issues of the area. Ideation and proposal of concepts.
ACHIEVMENTS:
Concept based on a MULTITUDE OF USES in a single location, encompassing human synergy, neighborhood life, culture, and city events.
A space designed around PENDULUM MIGRATION, where services are arranged according to the solar curve colors.
A VERSATILE space that centralizes various services in a city with a rich historical background, aiming to enhance social interactions.
IMPACTS : Promotes short supply chains - Visitors discover the city simultaneously - Accor demonstrates a new dynamic
